Refund policy
All sales are final. You assume responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. A credit will be granted in the store for the value of the product, as long as the customer (1) notifies their return via email to chestnutlarkrj@gmail.com during the first 7 days of receiving the package, including the receipt or proof of purchase, (2) returns their products in perfect condition, exactly as received and including the original packaging, and (3) pays the return shipping costs.
- Shipping Error - If you receive an item by mistake, or the item does not correspond to the order requested in the order, Chestnut Lark will cover the cost of the return and new shipment.
- Wrong Address - If you provide a wrong or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Cancellation of order - If the customer cancels their order before shipment, there will be no additional charge. If the customer cancels after the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs.
- Lost or Stolen Packages - Chestnut Lark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Chestnut Lark will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
To start a return, you can contact us at chestnutlarkrj@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
